Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to feel the warmth of Wear Saudades. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@wearsaudades.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in its original condition.

Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
